alphabets versus characters.

Findings
It is interesting to find out that regardless of the Latin alphabets or Chinese characters, they are both based on shapes that mimic real-life objects. They are a visual representation of common things that later transformed into a language system.
While alphabets are components that are combined to form a word, and Chinese characters are characterized individually by strokes, it is fascinating that individual characters of both language systems can evolve and fluidly change their form and shape, developed as typefaces and subsequently fonts.
